Welcome to the KARC Website
The KARC is an amateur
radio club located in DeKalb, IL (EN51). It owns and maintains a 2 meter repeater
WA9CJN, in Dekalb, IL, at a frequency of 146.730, minus offset, PL 100 Hz. The
repeater is now operating at 100W.
The Club holds a weekly net on Monday evenings at 8:30 PM Local time. All hams are invited to check in.
Our members are involved in HF, VHF, UHF, SSB, FM, CW, APRS, PSK31, SSTV, Emcomm/Public Service, etc.

The Northern Illinois First Cup Net on the WA9CJN Repeater is now operational between 0530 and 0900 everyday. Stop by and chat with the local folks.
KARC Meetings will be held at the Maple Park American Legion Post 312 located
at 203 Main St in Maple Park, IL for the time being at 7 PM on the 2nd Wednesday
of each month. There will be no December meeting.
